are nine meters so a three storey above grade
level homes are commmon in Maria Luisa Estates.
Many home lots provide building more than three
storeys by having multiple basements floors on
steep terrain lots. The terrain is a rock solid
base of bed rock under about four feet of top
soil. Concrete foundations are tied into the bed
rock ensuring a stable secure foundation for multiple
floors. Some homes in Maria Luisa Estates have
up to five and sometimes six floors. Homeowners

to individual owner sellers. To secure your home
lot from the developer, there is a P50,000 non-refundable
and non-transferable reservation fee that is good
for 30 days. Full cash payment is provided a 10%
discount. For a 30% down payment, there is 5%
discount on the downpayment. Payment plans are
as follows. No interest for 24 months plan. Balance
is payable within 24 months after reservation.
No Down payment plan. Balance is payable in 3
years and 5 years at 13% & 18%
annual interest
rate respectively. Discounted down payment plan.
A 5% discount will be applied on the 30% down
payment. The 70% Balance can be payable in 24
months with no interest or in 3 and 5 years at
13% & 18% annual interest rates respectively.
